How do I book a session?

Sessions are booked by contacting me using the contact us page or by clicking the Book Now button here.

How do I know if a course is full?

If a course is fully booked this will be indicated on the course page. If this is the case, please contact me to add your name to the waiting list if you would like.

How long are each of the sessions?

Each one to one session is 50 minutes long and group sessions are one hour unless stated otherwise.

Are sessions recorded?

Yes all sessions are recorded and recordings are sent to students after the lesson.

What technology does my daughter need?

All a student needs is a working laptop with internet.

When is payment made?

For group sessions payment must be made at the time of booking to secure the slot as spaces are limited. If you are paying weekly payments must then be made at least 48 hours before the next session.

What is your cancellation policy for 1:1 and 1:2 sessions?

For students who have booked one to one sessions we have a 48 hour cancellation policy and will be allowed to transfer their booking to another week.

What is the cancellation policy for group bookings?

If a student needs to cancel a session they will not receive a refund, however they will receive a copy of the recorded session and I will be available for any further questions they may have.

Can my child contact you in between sessions?

I am available for support in between sessions to help with the homework I have set or questions that have come up following our sessions. However I do not do student's school homework for them as I believe this is important for their class teacher.

How do I know what level my child is studying at GCSE?

If you and your daughter are unsure of her level I would advise you to contact her school in the first instance to find out.
