GCSE Group Courses
Our GCSE group sessions offer high-quality interactive lessons where we aim to build understanding and increase confidence combined with past paper questions and exam technique.
With small group sizes, each student gets plenty of individual feedback while benefiting from shared questions, discussion, and motivation from others.
All of our lessons are led by an experienced teacher and AQA and Edexel examiner who know the GCSE syllabus inside out. Our lessons are interactive, focused, and supportive.
Not only do we build knowledge and understanding, but we also focus on helping students spot what the question is asking, choose the right method, and show the working required for those all important method marks.
Each session includes retrieval practice, guided practice, exam-style examples and time to ask questions. Students will be given clear examples and will have ample opportunity to try real exam questions.
Students will finish the course with stronger foundations, better technique, more confidence and a clearer understanding of how to approach harder problems and get moremarks as a result.

GCSE Foundation
Suitable for students in year 11 sitting the Foundation Tier GCSE Maths paper and is suitable for AQA, GCSE, OCR and EDEXCEL exam boards. It is ideal for girls who want to increase their self-belief, improve their grade, and walk into their exams feeling prepared and confident.
Whether students are aiming to move from a 3 to a 4, or secure a strong 5, we’ll show you how to turn what you know into marks on the paper.
These courses will cover the most important Foundation topics that come up again and again, including: number skills, fractions, percentages, ratio, area and perimeter, angles, graphs, averages, and algebra.
This course is ideal for students who want to stop second-guessing themselves, build strong exam habits, and get the grade they need - and deserve.
GCSE Higher
Suitable for students in year 11 who are sitting the higher tier paper. It is ideal for students who want to improve their GCSE Maths grade and build exam confidence whether they're aiming to go from a 5 to a 6, or pushing for a 7, 8 or even a 9.
The courses cover all the topics that regularly appear on the higher papers, including: algebra, equations, graphs, trigonometry, area and volume, ratio and proportion, percentages, transformations, and probability. We'll pay special attention to the tricky multi-step problems where students often lose marks, as well as really building those algebraic skills that are so essential for the top grades, or for those continuing on to A level maths.
This course is about more than just revision. It’s about performing under pressure, building confidence, and moving up to the grade you deserve.

Lesson Recordings
After every session I will set homework to consolidate the content covered.
I will be on hand to help during all sessions, as well as with additional maths questions in between lessons.
I will share the lesson recordings for students to use if they can't make it, or just want to revisit anything we've done.
All a student needs is a laptop, however a graphics tablet can really support online working and collaboration as it means students can write, draw, and work through problems directly on the screen. These can be borrowed for a £20 deposit.

Online Lessons
Lessons are taught via Google classrooms with shared whiteboards, clear explanations, and lots of guided practice. Students can ask questions at any point, and we work through past paper questions together.
